What is a VIDEOHOUSE?
A VIDEOHOUSE is a 2-4 minute video tour of your property for sale(or rent) combining HD video, wide angle HDR photos, background music, and colorful narrative. All blended together into an immersive and informative movie, to give real estate buyers more than just typical photos and repetitive slide shows.
VIDEOHOUSES are easily uploaded, downloaded, attached, and shared through an on-line presence and/or personal handout.

A typical result.
After about a 30 minute video shoot, the photos and videos along with any other informational materials are taken back to process into the finished product. Stabilized, wide angle, aerial, digital data is compiled along with custom audio and narrative for a more comprehensive tour experience for the viewer.
Most basic videos can be produced in less than 48 hours and even more advanced video tours can be uploaded within a few days.
The VIDEOHOUSES are uploaded to YouTube, and links are created for the agent/seller for sharing on any social media platform, as well as, the Multiple Listing Service. The links are also applied to printed materials via QR CODES directly to the video and then can be watched anywhere a smartphone, laptop, or tablet are available.
